Welcome to my blog related to City Council concerns.
Council members are permitted to make one-way communications about their positions. The Sunshine law prohibits those communications being two-way between council members, unless it is in a properly noticed public meeting. To safeguard against these two-way communications and help the City Clerk's archiving of materials, I am not taking comments on the blog itself but welcome your emails or phone calls. Email addresses are required to be part of the public record. Gulfport archives city emails as well. The content of phone calls is not a public record.
